What is an electronic ticket?
An electronic ticket is a print at home ticket, usually in a PDF format. This ticket will need to be downloaded from the confirmation email you receive. The ticket is printed out on a 8.5 X 11 standard sheet of paper. You will be notified via email as soon as your electronic tickets are ready to be downloaded. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, will I get a refund?
Unfortunately there are times when events are cancelled and not rescheduled. This is out of the control of Prairie Tickets; however, if your event is cancelled you are eligible to receive a refund under the Prairie Tickets Fan Guarantee. Please see the Refund policy in our Terms & Conditions.
Will I get a refund if I buy a 'conditional' game that is never played?
Yes, we will refund your purchase price if the game purchased is not played. You will need to submit a refund request form and return the tickets to us within five (5) business days after the scheduled event.
